Our offer
{Dev}School
{Dev}School is an intensive, cost free 8-week learning experience for bachelor/master graduates with a background in computer science or cybernetics. Courses are held at ING headquarters, twice a week, in 3-hour sessions. Our trainers are colleagues who were once {Dev}schoolers themselves.
Each edition focuses on a different area: Java, DevOps/Ops, Data or Business Intelligence, and gives you a unique opportunity to develop your programming skills in a fun and intensive space.
At the end of the 8 weeks, based on your progress and results, you might be offered the chance to stay on and start working with!
International Talent Programme
Are you ready to kickstart your career with a dynamic and flexible traineeship? Our International Talent Programme is a 2-year journey that begins with three job rotations, including the possibility of one abroad. After these rotations, you'll transition into your permanent role.
Choose your track: Tech or Analytics. One of your rotations can be in a different track, allowing you to make an impact from various perspectives. During your first or second rotation, you'll also attend a global trainee event in Amsterdam, where you'll network and develop alongside your peers.
