We like to get social
Sometimes we think big – we have fun at summer parties or plan seasonal celebrations; other times we create opportunities to unwind through recurrent movie nights, football screenings or board games gatherings.
Hackathons and knowledge- sharing
Teams or individual speakers take the stage to discuss projects, technologies, and innovative ideas in internal gatherings like Tech Talks, Demo Days, internal and external meetups. These provide an outlet for people’s creativity and talent, foster learning and help teams connect the dots between various capabilities inside the organisation.
We do good together
Volunteer work takes many forms for our colleagues: they teach IT skills to teens from disadvantaged groups, plant trees, run marathons to have kilometres covered turn into trees planted (Run for a Forest), they participate in internal circular economy fairs, fundraising events, and recurrent blood donation campaigns at the office.
