Your Tasks

  • Thanks to your experience you know exactly what business customers want and what sets us apart. Together with your team, you will create the perfect marketing and communication strategy for our new financing products and strengthen our market position even further.
  • Your goal: to expand our market share, to firmly anchor our business banking in Germany, and to convince existing as well as new customers.
  • Relying on your know-how, you choose the right channels, analyse KPIs, identify market trends, research market reports and industry news. Moreover, you assess our performance in order to always derive the necessary measures and implement them with your team. Of course, you are at all points in close contact with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Your campaigns are cleverly thought out, precisely tailored to the appropriate banking product, accurately budgeted, and forecast.
  • Internally as well as externally, nationally as well as internationally, communication is your specialty. Furthermore, your team can rely on you and your support in projects as well as in the identification of new partnerships and the expansion of existing partnerships based on sales opportunities and product developments.

Your Profile

  • Degree with a focus on marketing, sales or business development
  • Professional experience in marketing and sales networks
  • Know-how in marketing, performance and target group analysis and campaign development
  • Practice in editorial work and fit in MS Office
  • An affinity for numbers and a strong understanding of statistics
  • Customer- and stakeholder-oriented, flair for sales and distribution
  • Strong communication skills, creative and curious
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
