Mission

This position is being created within the Compliance Centre of Expertise Bucharest and will be located in Romania. The role is defined as a ‘Reporting data analyst role’ within the global Compliance community, very specifically related to the processes of gathering and providing reports and management information (MI) to ING compliance. The role requires you to provide the ING compliance functions with standardized reports as well as support to realize operational excellence.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Understand our business and its processes through our data and apply this understanding and knowledge to help the teams that use our reporting features.

• You timely and accurate prepare and submit recurrent and/ or ad-hoc reports in accordance with applicable instructions and procedures.

• Establish queries and dashboards to monitor key metrics and visualize actionable insights and trends.

• Contribute to business processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to company standards through the use of data.

• Issue management and stakeholder management

• Take responsibility on the reporting process.

What you bring to the team:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree (Cybernetics, Economics, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics);

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

• Good knowledge of banking products would be a plus,

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and in reporting tools

• Experience in using specialized software for database management (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL, SAS, SQL Programming, ETL data with SSIS) would be a plus,

• Performance driven, open for continuous learning and challenging the status-quo.

• Pro-active team player, able to work collaboratively with various internal counterparties.
