Technical Account Manager - Cloud Solutions

We are looking for you, if you:

• have very good communication skills in English (written and oral),
• have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field,
• have 5+ years of experience in technical account management or similar role,
• have a deep understanding of VMware virtualisation, (Orcale)Databasesolutions and the underlying infrastructure like backup solutions and networks,
• have an experience working with cloud solutions,
• have an xcellent communication skills,
• have a strong problem-solving skills,
• can work with our development stack, to develop API's and ETL processes.

Your responsibilities will be:

• serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to our IPC solutions,
• work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that they are satisfied with our services,
• work closely with the product owners developing the solutions so you remain on top of our IPC capabilities,
• manage and maintain relationships with clients,
• provide technical guidance and support to clients,
• collaborate with internal (development) teams to resolve technical issues.

Information about the squad:

The Compliance and Contracting team is part of ING Private Cloud area of ING. You will be the primary point of contact for technical issues and providing insights on how to best use the offered solutions. Therefore, you will work closely with our clients to ensure that they are satisfied with our delivery and services. We're highly motivated and stay focused to give to our customers fully integrated, compliant and reliable service, so that they could automate their day-to-day activities.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Consultant III”
