Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Tech Finance Specialist to join our Governance and Operational Excellence Center of Expertise of our CIO Domain. 

The responsibility of this team is to guarantee governance, effectiveness and consistency in operational execution and transversal activities within the CIO Domain, to meet our strategy and targets. Including CIO Finances, Strategic Sourcing Management and Portfolio Management of our Tech initiatives.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Tech Finance Specialist you will:

·      Perform monthly financial closing activities, cash flow and expense analysis, ensuring the accuracy of the actuals.

·      Facilitate, support, and consolidate the budgeting and forecasting processes.

·      Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.

·      Support on Business Case construction for new initiatives.

·      Simplify processes to achieve operational efficiency. 

·      Manage the purchase orders processes to properly account for IT spend.

We expect you, with all these responsibilities, to ultimately contribute to the Tech and Finance strategy of the Bank.

·      Bachelor’s degree (or above) in finance, accounting or similar majors

·      At least 3 years working experiences in finance or accounting

·      Well-developed use of Microsoft applications – Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is a must

·      Financial Acumen, strong analytical skills, detail oriented and business sense.

·      General Accounting Accepted Principles knowledge

·      Autonomous and good team members who quickly adapt to work in a fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are essential

·      Good English and Spanish speaking and writing
