We're looking for a Strategic Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our high-profile Transformation and Change team.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Chang, you will support the organisation to focus on its highest priorities and realise value from its investment portfolio by enabling value driven portfolio prioritisation, planning and orchestration with data and analytics.

As a senior leader and owner of the Portfolio lifecycle and governance model you will evolve the model in line with global standards including the benefits and value management framework, prioritisation, tools and artefacts.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of portfolio reporting professionals to deliver insights and enable timely decisions.

What you’ll do …

  • Lead the annual and multi-year transformation planning process, engaging enterprise and global stakeholders to align on change priorities and outcomes.
  • Monitor and communicate portfolio performance, initiative outcomes, financials, and risks to the Executive Committee and Board, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Establish consistent, enterprise-wide portfolio reporting across BUs, Tribes, and COEs, embedding scalable tools and practices for performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, HR, and global transformation teams to enhance financial governance, workforce planning, and risk management across the change portfolio.
  • Support executive prioritization through high-quality collateral, manage governance forums like the Delivery and Change Committee, and champion talent initiatives aligned with the People Strategy.

What we’re looking for…

  • 10+ years PMO, Project Management experience, Finance or Tech background preferred
  • Strong project accounting and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits tracking
  • Proven experience in managing transformation portfolios or PMOs, ideally within complex, global environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive purpose-driven outcomes, with experience in workforce and capacity planning.
  • Experience working with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment and delivery against strategic goals.
  • CPA/CA qualified or related degree or equivalent
