Graduate Programme

The ING Graduate Programme forms a key part of our Early Careers offer, designed to attract, develop and retain future talent across our UK business.

The programme brings together graduates in a single annual cohort, for 12 months, providing a consistent and structured development experience while supporting our future workforce needs. 

Your Graduate Experience

Graduates can join one of three programme schemes: Banking, Financial Markets, or Support & Control.

Each graduate is embedded within a business area, contributing to meaningful work while developing the skills, knowledge and network needed to build a successful career with ING.

Throughout the 12-month programme, graduates benefit from:
