Corporate Readiness Certificate (CRC)
CRC is our flag educational programme, carried out since 2013. It is an offer for active students and graduates (up to two years after graduation) all over Poland, who are open to gaining new knowledge and practical skills. CRC classes are conducted by experts from ING Hubs Poland, Accenture, EY and Kyndryl and offer unique opportunities to enter the professional world.
Our experts share their knowledge and enable students to broaden their horizons, discover new technologies as well as to develop soft skills and business knowledge. The trainings are conducted both in an online and on-site formula.
Each year, enrollment results exceed our expectations. In 2025, a total of as many as 2661 people signed up only for ING Hubs Poland workshops, and each person could choose from 25 streams:

Would you like to join the CRC Programme?
CRC enrollment usually begins in late January or early February. This is also the time when entrance exams are held. However, classes are carried out in the summer semester of the given academic year.
The Programme ends with a certificate that confirms the acquired skills and opens doors to a career.
