The team

The SuPRA department deals with external stakeholders with the European Central Bank (ECB), as well as with policymakers in the European Union such as the European Commission, European Parliament, EU Member States and European Supervisory Authorities.

The department is divided into two teams: the Supervisory Affairs team and the Public and Regulatory Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands on and supporting the team their where needed
  • Monitor and Analyze EU Legislative Developments
  • Support Stakeholder Engagement and Internal Communication
  • Attend and Report on External Events
  • Help coordinate ING’s advocacy strategy across its European footprint

We are looking for:

  • A degree in Master in Law
  • Interest on International / EU Relations
  • We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn about EU policymaking dynamics
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal abilities
  • Shows intellectual curiosity and a willingness to engage with new topics
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
