Mission

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer that will be member of an Agile team within Assisted Channels area, responsible for:

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an UI and API testing framework.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work on multiple projects, in relation with the internal processes, complying with several business needs, on the technical area. Your Day to Day

  • Understand the business requirements, functional analysis and change tasks.

  • Create test plan and design test cases.

  • Conduct peer reviews for tests, test cases, automation scripts

  • Update and maintain the integration and regression test plans as defined

  • Report, record, escalate if needed and trace all discovered errors/bugs.

  • Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs.

  • Contribute together with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process.

  • Provide support for production and UAT incidents.

  • Provide necessary documentation for application lifecycle;

  • Participate in Agile meetings.

What you bring to the team

  • Experience with web applications;

  • Experience with logs investigations;

  • HTML, CSS, Xpath, REST APIs, SQL Queries;

  • Knowledge of one or more databases including but not limited to: Oracle, SQL Server and SQLite;

  • Prior experience as Quality Assurance Engineer;

  • Experience with defect tracking tools (like Azure DevOps);

  • Advanced English skills (in writing and verbally);

  • Abstract thinking, analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Attention to details and ability to organize work;

  • Communication skills (in writing and verbally);

  • Flexibility in proceedings;

  • High standards of confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and trust.

  • 3+ years’ experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (including in-house testing frameworks);

  • Experience with logs investigations.

  • Very good communication skills and a great team player, highly motivated, self-driven and interested in Quality Assurance.

Nice to know

  • ISTQB Certification will be an advantage;

  •  Experience with change management and defect tracking tools;

  •  Experience with Azure pipelines;

  •  High standards of confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and trust;

  •  Working experience according to Agile methodology.
