Mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to give us a hand and support our Nordic Transaction Services team in realizing our goals and ambitions. You will work closely with our sales and account management team, relationship managers and the different product owners in the business.

Our internship program will enhance your knowledge, give you training and first-hand experience from corporate banking. You will have the chance to work with passionate people who will mentor and prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Your day-to-day

Based in Brussels, you will work closely with the transaction services team members and serve as a supporting role to the team in promoting business relating to corporate clients of ING in the Nordics.

In the beginning you will work side by side with the different team members but if the opportunity presents itself, you could also be working on certain topics on your own.

What you bring to the team

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor or Master program.

• A connection to the Nordic region, could be from specific knowledge or experience.

• Excellent English skills are essential.

• Proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point.

• Willing to learn and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

• Team player who enjoys collaborating but can be trusted to take on tasks and jobs on their own.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational and project management skills.
