The Mission

The BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, building data models, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.

Your day to day

• Deliver actionable insights to Tribe Management and Product Teams by leveraging BI tools, including complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define KPIs for monitoring and analyzing Data Assets usage and performance, supporting efficient decision-making.
• Partner with Product Teams to analyze resource consumption and deliver customized reporting solutions for individual teams and Tribe Management.
• Maintain and develop the reporting infrastructure for the Data Management Platform team and act as subject matter expert on BI reporting topics.
• Design and optimize data models and databases to support BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement at Data Lake level, delivering key insights.
• Continuously improve reporting solutions by integrating new data sources, testing, and evaluating tools.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in building and maintaining BI reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with scripting or programming for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
