Mission

This role steers the tactical and commercial roadmap of the Investment Tribe by creating high-quality investment content for digital sales and communication (live, client events, webinars) to market, sales teams, and the office network. The Investment Specialist acts as an investments subject matter expert in the management of the product backlog and engages directly with clients in the tribe’s target audience to ensure relevance and impact to fee income growth and increase in mobile primary clients.

Your day to day

  • Develop and deliver investment content (product updates, market insights, educational materials) for sales teams, office network, and external communications.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in steering and prioritizing the investment products backlog, collaborating with Product Owners and contributing squads.
  • Interact directly with clients in the target audience to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure investment products and communications are client-centric.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of financial instruments and solutions, considering macroeconomic trends and developments in financial markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, tech, compliance, marketing, and advisory teams to ensure seamless investment journeys.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor moves, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure continuous optimization of investment content and product portfolio based on client feedback, performance data, and evolving strategic goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, maintaining external accreditations and up-to-date knowledge through professional development.
  • Stewards the investment platform offering, collaborating with internal local stakeholders and Global Investment Tribe and Global Investment Center
  • Responsible for shaping the advisory service model and product mix including complex MiFID investment products.

What you bring to the team

  • University degree & post-graduate studies.
  • 10+ years of experience in investment products, with exposure to business, technology, risk, or compliance dimensions. Project management experience is a plus.
  • Certifications from the CFA Institute (e.g., CFA Charterholder, CFA Level I/II/III passed).
  • True passion for the customer: customer focus, empathy, and interest placed at the center of all undertakings.
  • Persuasiveness and strong influencing skills, with proven ability to turn resistance into cooperation.
  • Ability to build, support, and implement across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage and influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Independence, self-starter attitude, and high energy.
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
