Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be" - Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
  • Operational Compliance - Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. OR identify, within the team, patterns of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Recommendations – Propose design of processes and systems that meet professional standards.
  • Requirements Management - Plan and coordinate the identification, elicitation of requirements, conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment, document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Generally done at the project level.
  • Roadmap Refinement - Collaborate with Architects, POs and Squads to translate Epics into Features and Stories.
  • Solutions Analysis - Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
  • Stakeholder Management - Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
  • Verifying - Provide guidance to developers and build patterns by creating Cookbooks. Escalate deviations if necessary.

Key Capabilities/ Experience

  • Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to present topics clearly and succinctly to various audiences.
  • Exceptional coordination, roadmap planning, backlog management and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with different nationalities and disciplines.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Business Analysis Fundamentals, Data Analysis and Modeling
  • Hands-on experience in identifying problems, analyzing key information, and making connections to find appropriate solutions.
  • Foundational Knowledge in Microservices Architecture, understanding RESTful API Development Design
  • Knowledge on database queries
  • Knowledge on Testing, use of swagger and postman
  • Familiarity with agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
  • Experience in Java technology, full stack development or other programming languages is a plus
  • Knowledge on Risk Assessment is a plus
