We are looking for backend engineers who has experience working in an agile environment and understands the importance of DevOps mindset in delivering applications. You should be able to adapt to standards, technologies, and approach in producing mission-critical solutions. As a problem-solver, you are expected to work within a multidisciplinary team and IT organizations across various ING entities - thus communicating your ideas plays a key role on your day-to-day job.

As a Senior Engineer, you are expected to be independent and can work side by side with NL and HCL counterparts and also to spearhead teams with competent engineers. To make sure the team is always moving and tech decisions and discussion are in place.

Requirements:

Competent level of knowledge with the following:

Java
Spring (Core, Security, MVC)
Springboot, Spring batch, etc.
RESTful API development
SQL, Java Persistence API
Git

Experience working on the following:

SQL Server
Kafka
Java Message Service
CI/CD Pipelines
Production support
Test automation
API, UI, and Performance Testing
Security

Willing to learn and understand:

Azure DevOps, Splunk, AppDynamics, PACT
Applitools, REST Assured
Selenium Webdriver
Cloud-based technologies
Microservice Architecture
IT Risk
