Provides formal guidance and training to junior staff, feedback to management on work performance of junior staff
Plan and execute ideas for process improvements of the team that would result in process efficiency and additional controls.
Performs varied tasks in an environment of a high level of complexity
Develop comprehensive skills to perform various structured routine operational tasks in a standard work environment and provide analysis of the root cause
Solve routine and complex problems using existing procedures and solutions
Expertise with most of the aspects of a process, products, operating standards and procedures, company culture and client requirements
Works independently and received minimal guidance on complex task.

Key responsibilities:

Reconciliations between Front and Back office systems
Reconciliations between Front to Front office systems
Reconciliations interbook/intercompany
Reconciliations between internal systems and external parties (Custodians, Clearing Brokers, Trading/Affirmation and Clearing Platforms, Nostro Agents)
Reconciliations between Back office and Ledger and/or Statement
