Operations Risk Monitoring Coordinator
The Operational Risk Monitoring Manager is responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and ongoing monitoring of operational risks across the organization. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the company’s risk governance structure by ensuring effective implementation of key risk indicators and risk reporting frameworks. The manager will lead a team and collaborate cross-fuctionally with business lines, compliance, audit, and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of operations risk monitoring strategies, frameworks and tools overseeing operational risk event, root cause analysis and loss reporting processess
Develop and maintain a robust KRI and metrics program to proactively identify and mitigate risk
Oversee all issues already live, work hard to close them before the due date and prevent opening of the new ones
Drive regular risk assessment internally and ensure timely remediation of control gaps
Produce and present executive-level risk reports, dashboards and trend analysis
Guide and mentor team members, manage performance and development planning
Educational requirements
Highschool degree / Bachelor's degree
Professional experience
Economic degree (preferred)
Experience in Finance field (preferred)
Operational Risk Management
Draft risk reports and managing control systems
Ability to work with data analytics tool and advanced excel
Analytical and Soft skills
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to guide a team and work in a team
Attention to detail and regulatory compliance
Working conditions: Full Time
