The Regulatory Risk team supports the organisation in managing its relationships and interactions with regulators. Joining our Regulatory Risk team, you will play a pivotal role supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating high-profile regulatory engagements.

This is a fantastic opportunity reporting to the Head of Regulatory Risk, providing high-quality administrative, coordination and delivery support to the Regulatory Risk team supporting some senior team members.

What you'll do

  • Providing administrative support services by assisting with diary management, organisation of meetings, both internal and external.
  • Maintaining Team Intranet Pages and Microsoft Teams Channels where required to ensure that team documents are updated in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the preparation, formatting, and collation of papers/reports for regulatory meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting notes, following up on action items
  • Monitoring of the team inbox and sharing with relevant team members for follow up.
  • Assisting in the planning, preparation and running of regulatory onsite meetings, team functions and events.
  • Being a key contact for the teams to provide answers to their questions and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant or coordination role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence working with confidential information and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work with limited supervision/ guidance and ambiguity.
  • Financial Services or Legal background is desirable but not essential
