We need your help us to manage various stakeholder groups and business teams in important decision-making and prioritizing information.
We need your support to lead day to day activities related to contracting, service management and facilitation of Service review meetings.

We need you to ensure that ING TIPM Policy is implemented, understood and followed in line with ING standards, existing policies and other regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as business advisor and consultant for service delivery teams
  • Responsible for managing day to day activities related to service delivery in area of contracting; service management, reporting, charging and facilitation of service review meetings
  • Responsible for implementation of global ING TIPM framework into all services delivered and received by ING Hubs Slovakia
  • Provide support and direction to service delivery teams in Service catalogue definition and regular review including Service levels
  • Coordinate Service Performance Reporting & Support of “Data Driven” Decisions
  • Coordinate Charging process and volume planning and facilitate regular update of contracting & other service documentation
  • Organize and facilitate Service Review Meetings with Service Recipient and consolidate meeting summary/minutes including action points and drive follow-up on open actions
  • Active participation on Global service management meetings and Community calls
  • Close cooperation with other support function teams within ING Hubs Slovakia and X-Hubs cooperation on strategy and WoW.
  • Drive and lead process improvements initiatives within the team and within One SLM Team (X-Hub initiative)

Personality requirements and skills

  • You have a Master’s degree and are fluent in English;
  • You have strong analytical skills and always looking for ways to improve the status quo.
  • You have experience with management reporting, ability to tell the story using the right metrics and visuals;
  • You have a talent for taking it on and making it happen and enthusiasm for helping others to be successful
  • You are easy to work with, have excellent organisational skills, and have a drive to work in international environment
  • You have strong influencing skills and can-do attitude to be able to implement a central solution across the organization
  • You have 5+ years of relevant working experience (preferably in shared service environment).
  • Change management skills and experience with agile way of working
Wage (gross) 2.227EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
