Growth Optimisation Manager CRO

Apply now

At ING, we believe in doing things differently — starting with the freedom to do your thing. We’re a bank that puts people first, champions simplicity and builds digital experiences that actually make sense.

Here, curiosity isn’t just welcomed — it’s encouraged. Ideas are celebrated. And you’re trusted to drive real impact from day one.

As we continue transforming the way Australians bank, we’re gearing up for big things in digital growth. We’re investing heavily in:

  • Smarter customer journeys

  • Cleaner, frictionless funnels

  • Conversion experiences that feel effortless

  • Data-driven decisions at scale

To deliver on this ambition, we’re expanding our Digital Growth & Acquisition team and opening several exciting new roles.

As Growth Optimisation Manager CRO, you'll champion experimentation, CRO programs, A/B testing and behavioural insights to improve conversion rates and power personalised, high‑impact digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimise digital sales funnels across priority retail products by diagnosing friction points and delivering A/B and multivariate experiments.

  • Lead experimentation end‑to‑end – design, build, analyse and translate outcomes into actionable improvements.

  • Generate insights and performance analysis using dashboards, attribution data and behavioural metrics to inform “next best actions.”

  • Collaborate across Product, Digital, Marketing and UX to implement enhancements and uplift the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional CRO and digital optimisation expertise with hands‑on experience in experimentation, analytics tools and funnel diagnostics.

  • Customer‑centric problem solver with a data‑driven mindset and the ability to translate complex analytics into clear recommendations.

  • Cross‑functional collaborator who works effectively with stakeholders to drive outcomes without formal authority.

  • Technically confident operator with proficiency in Adobe Analytics/GA, tagging, QA and optimisation tooling, plus a continuous improvement mindset.
