Compliance Support Specialist

ING Private Cloud tribe is looking for an enthusiastic compliance specialist for coordinating the reporting of risks and controls in all our ING Private Cloud service deliveries. You will be working for the area of CX & Onboarding , part of the ING IPC Tribe. We are looking for a team-player with strong organization skills, who is self-driven and solution-focused, who gladly goes the extra mile, to be viewed as “trusted advisor”.

• have experience with coordinating the reporting of risks and controls by the first line of defense regarding designated business processes
• have experience with (intra) company service agreements
• experience in working with (internal) auditors and regulators
• have very good communication skills in English (written and oral)
• have strong problem-solving skills

Role and responsibilities

The Compliance Support Specialist acts as a trusted advisor and works closely with the rest of the CX & Onboarding area as the rest of the IPC tribe on related matters. He participates in intragroup policy boards, owns the SSR documents as well as the contracts. While advising and supporting the (IT) (Area) Lead(s) and the delivery organization in providing mature, reliant, secure, and compliant services throughout their processes and procedures used by the delivery organization.

The activities of the Compliance Suport Specialist include:

• Maintain the intragroup service contracts for the ING Private Cloud
• Ensure that the ING group compliance events are timely scheduled and carried out (strategic service reviews, legal changes validation, contract compliance)
• Work with upstream suppliers to retain end to end compliance
• Support the Service Manager and Service Owner in customer meetings
• Further development and follow-up on In-Control Statements and risk framework for private cloud
• Monitor contracts/service delivery with internal suppliers
• Monitor contracts/service delivery from cloud service providers

How to succeed

You are a driven support specialist applying processes, tools and methods, with great understanding of practices and approaches. You are an expert in building relationships/ team working, resolving conflicts and problems with strong influencing and persuading skills. As a Compliance support specialist you have great communicating/listening skills and strong in gathering information without losing your focus. You bring positive energy to the team and have very good social and communication skills. This leads to great performance.

Ideally, you’ll have:

·       Education at Bachelor/Master level with a strong technical background in IT.

·       Service Management in IT: 3 years

·       IT Risk Management: 2 years

·       Experience working in an Agile organization and banking environment
