Customer Journey Expert Insight Conversation– Tribe Daily Banking & Mobile Led

Will you help our 8,000,000 customers to understand their financial household and be financially healthy?

Then we’re looking for you! ING introduces the Insight Conversation. A new customer proposition in which our Financial Coaches in the ING Houses have (remote) conversations with customers about their financial situation at moments that truly matter.

Together with the team, you are responsible for setting up and optimizing the contact strategy of this new proposition. You will ensure our customers know what an Insight Conversation includes, that they will be triggered at exactly the right moment to get into contact with a Financial Coach and that they are enabled to easily schedule an appointment. And this is only the beginning of how you will make a great success of the ING Insight Conversation, and contribute to the financial health of our customers.

Your work environment

You will work in the department / Tribe Daily Banking & Mobile Led. Here we work on the services for our 8 million private customers in the Netherlands. In this Tribe we recruit new customers and intensify the digital relationship with existing customers. We do this through solutions such as the ING App.

As a Customer Journey Expert you work closely with other customer journey experts in the Digital & Client Development team. You are end-to-end responsible for your business and are therefore in charge of achieving the optimal result.

Who you are

You are obsessed with customers. Always looking for ways to make the digital customer journey better. Thinking from solutions in the App is second nature to you. You validate solutions that you then implement with guts. You are ambitious and monitor the performance of your activities closely. With your approach you take others with you. And you know how to introduce impactful improvements to customers.

You are also not afraid to think or think differently. For example, you are constantly looking at how services can be optimized for customers.

Knowledge and experience

  • You have at least 3 years of professional knowledge and track record in the field of marketing and/or customer experience in digital services
  • You have an academic working and thinking level
  • You have experience with agile working
  • You are analytically strong and data driven
  • You are constantly working to make yourself and your environment better and you actively give feedback to others
  • You must be fluent in Dutch
