The Mission

We’re looking for a Data Management Expert to help ensure business data is clearly defined, traceable, and properly documented across our data landscape.

In this role, you’ll work closely with business, IT, and data teams to translate business knowledge into high‑quality metadata and data lineage, supporting governance, risk, and regulatory needs.

What you’ll do

• Define and maintain business data definitions (incl. critical data elements)

• Document and maintain end‑to‑end data lineage across systems

• Perform gap and impact analysis on metadata and lineage requests

• Maintain data definitions and lineage in the enterprise data catalog (Collibra / IGC)

• Coordinate reviews and approvals with Data Owners

• Perform periodic metadata and lineage quality checks

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in data management, data governance, or similar roles

• Experience with data definitions, metadata, and data lineage

• Hands‑on experience with data catalog tools (Collibra and/or IGC preferred)

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills

• Experience in regulated or financial environments is a plus
