Formulates clear goals for the super circle based on the customer, product and process strategy and (changing) market conditions
Ensures delivery of yearly Transformation Targets in line with People, Control, Cost & Transformation
Strengthen the ING One Agile Way of Working as a role model while safeguarding the Orange Code
Makes sure the circles are doing the right things right, i.e. are competent and capable and focus on the right priorities in order to achieve their goals
Create, together with the Agile Coaches, high–performing teams and remove impediments; stimulates interaction between people within and outside your domain Strives for open and transparent communication within the super-circle
Responsible for managing all relevant stakeholders
Accountable for executing risk & control compliance and mitigation of business and operational risks; ensures regulatory compliance across your entire Circle
Promotes a continuous improvement mindset within the Super Circle leading to an improved process across
Accountable for continuous development of expertise across the Super Circle and alignment with Circle Leads on the personal development of the individual CLT members
Hierarchical Lead of the Circle Leads within the Super Circle; Circles contain a 2 to 3 CLT’s with approximately 7-15 members and each Circle has between 20-55 members (either multi – skilled or homogenous)
