  • Formulates clear goals for the super circle based on the customer, product and process strategy and (changing) market conditions
  • Ensures delivery of yearly Transformation Targets in line with People, Control, Cost & Transformation
  • Strengthen the ING One Agile Way of Working as a role model while safeguarding the Orange Code
  • Makes sure the circles are doing the right things right, i.e. are competent and capable and focus on the right priorities in order to achieve their goals
  • Create, together with the Agile Coaches, high–performing teams and remove impediments; stimulates interaction between people within and outside your domain Strives for open and transparent communication within the super-circle
  • Responsible for managing all relevant stakeholders
  • Accountable for executing risk & control compliance and mitigation of business and operational risks; ensures regulatory compliance across your entire Circle
  • Promotes a continuous improvement mindset within the Super Circle leading to an improved process across
  • Accountable for continuous development of expertise across the Super Circle and alignment with Circle Leads on the personal development of the individual CLT members
  • Hierarchical Lead of the Circle Leads within the Super Circle; Circles contain a 2 to 3 CLT’s with approximately 7-15 members and each Circle has between 20-55 members (either multi – skilled or homogenous)
