Work model: hybryd - at least 3 days in the office per week 

General information:

The Tribe Lead Consumer Lending is responsible for the commercial performance, creating and implementing the strategy and the goals of the Tribe in terms of sales, service, maintenance and Customer Experience for new and existing clients via continuous development, monitoring and improvement of propositions based on data and behaviours, with numerous sales channels functioning in parallel in multiple Digital and Human Sales Services areas. As a Tribe Lead Consumer Lending you will hierarchically report to the Head of Private Individuals in the country (Board Member) and be part of the local management team.

Your main responsibilities

  • close cooperation with the Bank organisational units responsible for the management of the Digital and Human Sales Channels area, client acquisition and communication
  • managing processes in terms of credit products for individual clients segments
  • monitoring the effectiveness of the processes managed and implementing improvement initiatives
  • designing new processes/process changes
  • analysing and optimising the costs relating to the Private Individuals consumer lending processes, specifying their origination places (optimising the value chain). Developing the process quality standards
  • gathering knowledge on the market of the products managed and analysing the information gathered, in order to implement the Bank strategy
  • analyses and recommendations concerning the pricing policy for consumer lending products for individual clients
  • initiating an action to increase the number of products per client and their retention in terms of the products/ service platforms/ processes under management
  • managing the marketing campaigns and assessing their effectiveness.
  • initiating and comprehensive coordination of the marketing campaigns implementation
  • responsibility for the representation of the Private Individuals Clients Division at meetings of the Committees related to consumer lending products

Our requirements

  • you have a strong understanding of consumer lending area
  • you speak English fluently - B2 level minimum
  • you are experienced in the role of a manager and you are ready to act as leader in a complex matrix organisation
  • you have minimum 10 years’ work experience in the financial industry – including consumer lending products for individual clients
  • you have a proven track record of steering an end-to-end organization
  • strong commercial acumen and ability to execute are you characteristics
  • you are highly experienced in complex stakeholder management
  • you present good knowledge/experience or regulatory requirements and risks (financial & non-financial)
  • your assets include excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at executive level, strong strategic vision combined with hands-on execution skills
  • you have passion for delivering customer-centric solutions and continuously improving client experience
  • you are able to drive innovation and digital transformation in consumer lending
  • you have experience in building high-performing, diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration
