Devops Engineer for the SAS Viya platform

ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you if you:

  • have working knowledge of Linux or containers,
  • have experience with CI/CD tools ,
  • have general knowledge of networks, scripting, risk (e.g. solving vulnerabilities), setting up monitoring,
  • are able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing,
  • are a team player who works well collaborating with others,

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience with Oracle DB,
  • experience with Azure DevOps,
  • experience with SAS VIYA,
  • experience with Azure Public cloud (Kubernetes, Fabric, SQL DB),
  • knowledge and experiencein Agile (ex. Scrum methodology).

Your responsibilities:

  • application management,
  • application features implementation,
  • working with IT risk,
  •  automation of work based on CI/CD,
  •  meetings (Scrum events).

Information about squad:
Our team's goal is to provide a stable, secure, and automated platform for running various credit risk models. These three words also describe the type of tasks you'll find with us. Our platform is already used by various third-party entities worldwide. Currently, our technology stack includes: RHEL, SAS Viya 3.5, Ansible, Oracle, Object storage, and an Azure DEVOPS-based pipeline.  In addition, we will soon be migrating to the public cloud and containers. This is a challenge for us, but also an opportunity for growth! We are looking for someone motivated to develop and eager to work in a dynamic environment. The team is international and works daily with agile methodology.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
