We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Process Management Specialist to join our Ready to Pay Team of Products & Payments Tribes

This team is responsible for designing, managing, and continually improving a payment experience that is secure, efficient, and unwaveringly customer‑centric.

Your key responsibilities:

You are passionate about delivering seamless, secure, and efficient payment processes for our clients. You bring a strong understanding of payment systems, regulatory frameworks, and process optimization within the Payments domain.

As a Process Management Specialist, your mission is built on two pillars:

• Ensure operational excellence in payment-related processes, collaborating with technical and business teams to define and implement functional requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying pain points and proposing solutions based on KPIs, customer feedback, and regulatory needs.

Your contribution directly impacts on customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the efficiency of our payment ecosystem.

You are a proactive team player, committed to improving processes and staying ahead of industry trends and technological developments.

What are we looking for?

• Participate in transformation projects related to card usage and payment solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and analyze payment processes, proposing improvements based on performance indicators and customer insights.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payment regulations (e.g., PSD2, ISO 20022).
• Support the resolution of complex incidents related to payment processing.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to Agile initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo Ready to Pay de la Tribu de Productos & Pagos como Process Management Specialist.

Este equipo es responsable de diseñar, gestionar y mejorar continuamente una experiencia de pago que sea segura, eficiente y completamente centrada en las personas usuarias.

Tus responsabilidades principales

Te apasiona ofrecer procesos de pago fluidos, seguros y eficientes. Aportas un sólido entendimiento de sistemas de pago, marcos regulatorios y optimización de procesos dentro del ámbito de Pagos.

Como Process Management Specialist, tu misión se basa en dos pilares:

• Garantizar la excelencia operativa en los procesos relacionados con pagos, colaborando con equipos técnicos y de negocio para definir e implementar requisitos funcionales.
• Impulsar la mejora continua, identificando puntos de dolor y proponiendo soluciones basadas en KPIs, feedback de personas usuarias y necesidades regulatorias.

Tu contribución tiene un impacto directo en la satisfacción de quienes utilizan nuestros servicios, el cumplimiento regulatorio y la eficiencia de nuestro ecosistema de pagos.

Eres una persona proactiva, que disfruta trabajando en equipo, comprometida con la mejora continua y con mantenerse actualizada respecto a las tendencias del sector y los avances tecnológicos.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Participar en proyectos de transformación relacionados con el uso de tarjetas y soluciones de pago, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares.
• Monitorizar y analizar procesos de pago, proponiendo mejoras basadas en indicadores de rendimiento y en información obtenida de las personas usuarias.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de pagos locales e internacionales (por ejemplo, PSD2, ISO 20022).
• Dar soporte en la resolución de incidentes complejos relacionados con el procesamiento de pagos.
• Mantenerse al día con tendencias del sector, tecnologías emergentes y cambios regulatorios.
• Contribuir a iniciativas ágiles y promover una cultura de mejora continua.
