Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Strategic Researcher to join our Strategic Research & design Team of New business.

The responsibility of this team is to bring the reality of customers and society closer to the bank and inspire the bank’s strategy. And our way of working is through research, translating it into strategic conclusions with real business impact.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Strategic Researcher, you will:

• Conduct qualitative research that goes beyond descriptive insights in record time.
• Identify strategic pillars the bank can act on.
• Reduce uncertainty around targets, products, and contexts.
• Detect emerging customer trends.

You are highly skilled in qualitative analysis and know how to tackle a blank page with confidence.

Estamos buscando una persona con talento y entusiasmo para el puesto de Strategic Researcher que se una a nuestro equipo de Strategic Research & design del área de New business.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es acercar la realidad de las personas clientes y de la sociedad al banco e inspirar la estrategia del banco. Y nuestra forma de trabajar es a través de research, traduciéndolo en conclusiones estratégicas con impacto real en el negocio.

Tu principal responsabilidad:

Como Strategic Researcher, te encargarás de:

• Realizar research cualitativo que vaya más allá de insights descriptivos en tiempo récord.
• Identificar pilares estratégicos sobre los que el banco pueda actuar.
• Reducir la incertidumbre en torno a targets, productos y contextos.
• Detectar tendencias emergentes de clientes.
