• Ability to drive end-to-end delivery across requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Skilled at managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex delivery environments.

• Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical thinking.

• Demonstrated ownership mindset, accountability, and ability to collaborate across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering or data warehousing roles.

• 5+ years in data integration, ETL/ELT development, or similar domain.

• Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and related integration tools.

• Experience with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Flink, or Beam.

• Proficient in logical and physical data modeling (dimensional, relational, flat-file).

• Familiar with Kimball or Inmon data warehouse methodologies.
