Come and help us to set up a new team to support our Wholesale Banking clients in Luxembourg. You will have a real opportunity to build completely new team and service established in ING Hubs Slovakia.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to be responsible for all kinds of administration of data processing in various system with the aim to provide the best customer service. Customer data is key to the success of ING, and the data management department plays a crucial role in this. We are responsible for maintaining ING’s local and global customer databases ensuring that only real, verifiable data goes into our systems.

As a Data Transfer Specialist you can expect the following:

  • Safeguard the data quality of inputs from global systems
  • Transfer data from global to local databases
  • Modification of data
  • You will learn how to use internal applications and perform the Data Entry
  • Proactive change of incorrect data in the system
  • Perform quality checks on data inputs
  • You will have a space to suggest and propose process improvements or elimination of manual process steps.

We are looking for:

  • 1 year experience in the field of data, administration, data processing, back office is an advantage
  • Active use of English (B2 level)
  • Dynamic personality, speak up attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • To be flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing environment

Wage (gross)1.489 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
