Global Device Management Engineer
- Microsoft Intune Expertise: Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), including policies, compliance settings, and conditional access.
- Mobile Device Management: Oversee and maintain Android and iOS devices, including familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
- Meeting Room Systems Support: Provide support for meeting room technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV equipment, and video conferencing systems while ensuring smooth integration with collaboration tools.
- Networking & Security: Maintain a strong understanding of network protocols, endpoint security solutions, authentication, encryption, data protection, compliance regulations, and privacy concerns.
- Automation & Deployment: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and manage automated deployments in Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with IT teams, facilities, and other departments to ensure seamless device operations.
