About the tribe KYC Services

KYC Services aims to minimize the risk of ING becoming involved in money laundering, terrorist financing or other reputational risks. This includes customer onboarding, periodic and event driven reviews, name screening, pre-transaction screening, post-transaction monitoring, and ultimately the offboarding of customers.

By providing policy, process design and tooling, tribe KYC Services contributes to our social role as a gatekeeper to protect our financial infrastructure against financial crime.

Our tribe consists of the following areas:

• Policy team

• KYC Cockpit

• CDD Journey and CDD Customer Interaction (CI) and Platform areas

• Transaction Monitoring area

• Screening area

• Data & Management Information (MI) area
  

The team

The product team is responsible for delivering the digital analyst driven outreach solution used within KYC Operations as well as the digital generic FEC, FATCA and CRS components used within different onboarding and product opening journeys. Some examples of topics you will be working on are Mobile Onboarding, Digital outreach capability for CRS for Legal entities and the Document Upload feature. You will do this in close collaboration with various squads within and outside our KYC Tribe.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Business Process Analyst (also known as Customer Journey Expert) you are part of the Product Group Customer Interaction. The product team consists of 3 multidisciplinary squads of 6 to 15 people, both Business Process Analysts and IT engineers. Within the area you are responsible for delivering digital KYC Customer Interaction solutions that will contribute to a more efficient execution of the KYC processes and an improve the CX of the customer.

You will be in close contact with for example the Policy team, Compliance, and Product Tribes do define new processes or enhancements to existing processes. You collect and analyze data together with your colleagues from the Data & MI area. You will clearly define the solution and refine the relevant features and user stories together with your IT colleagues. As a Business Process Analyst, you make sure the refined user stories are delivered by all relevant parties in accordance with the committed planning.

You are responsible for guiding and executing the needed test activities, delivering the required risk documentation, and implement the changes. Along the way you will keep all stakeholders informed of planning and possible impediments.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager Customer Journey Expert who proactively makes processes more effective, customer-friendly, and efficient, who excels in stakeholder management and has an affinity with KYC.

Het team

Het productteam van Customer Interaction van tribe KYC Services is te vinden in het prachtige en inspirerende nieuwe ING-gebouw Cedar, op 5 minuten lopen van station Amsterdam Bijlmer-Arena. We werken in een hybride modus; ~50% vanuit huis en ~50% vanuit kantoor. Ieder squad heeft zijn eigen vaste dagen op kantoor, maar wij zijn flexibel zolang de werkzaamheden het toelaten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Business Process Analyst (Customer Journey Expert) maak je deel uit van het Productteam Customer Interaction. Het productteam bestaat uit 3 multidisciplinaire squads van 6 tot 15 personen, zowel Business Process Analysts als IT engineers.

Binnen dit productteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van digitale KYC Customer Interaction-oplossingen die zullen bijdragen aan een efficiëntere uitvoering van de KYC-processen en een verbetering van de CX van de klant. Het productteam is verantwoordelijk voor zowel het leveren van een KYC analist gedreven outreach oplossing die wordt gebruikt binnen KYC Operations als de digitale FEC-, FATCA- en CRS-customer interaction componenten die worden gebruikt binnen verschillende onboarding- en productopeningsprocessen. Enkele voorbeelden van onderwerpen waar je aan gaat werken zijn Mobile Onboarding, Digitale outreach-solution voor CRS voor zakelijke klanten of de feature Document Upload.

Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met verschillende squads binnen en buiten onze KYC Tribe. Je hebt nauw contact met bijvoorbeeld het Policyteam, Compliance en Product Tribes voor het ontwerpen van nieuwe processen of het verbeteren van bestaande processen. Je verzamelt en analyseert data samen met je collega’s uit de afdeling Data & MI. Samen met je IT-collega’s realiseer je een design en refine je features en user stories. Als Business Process Analist zorg je ervoor dat de features en user stories door alle relevante partijen worden opgeleverd conform de afgesproken planning. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en uitvoeren van de benodigde testactiviteiten, het updaten van de benodigde risicodocumentatie en het implementeren van de processen. Daarnaast manage je alle stakeholders door ze te informeren over de planning, status en eventuele issues of impediments.

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, gedreven Customer Journey Expert die op proactieve wijze processen effectiever, klantvriendelijker en efficiënter maakt, excelleert in stakeholdermanagement en affiniteit heeft met KYC.

• Je hebt een afgeronde studie op HBO/WO niveau en

• Ervaring met KYC is een absolute pré.

• Ook kennis van het IT landschap binnen ING wordt gewaardeerd.

Binnen tribe KYC Services is de voertaal Engels vanwege een aantal internationale collega’s. Je beschikt daarom over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in zowel het Engels als in het Nederlands.
