The Strategy & Reporting team aims to:

  • Dive the Private Individuals strategic narrative
  • Support key strategic initiatives
  • Define, monitor and challenge progress on Objectives and Key Results
  • Set the standard for self-service and steering reporting for local and global clients

As our Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be co-responsbile for shaping and realizing the strategic narrative that connects teams across the Private Individuals domain. You’ll help deliver our strategy into practice through collaboration on key projects, from data to decisions and full delivery.

Your role and responsibilities

As Business Analyst / Consultant at the Strategy & Reporting Team you are mainly responsible for:   

  • Taking part in shaping the strategic narrative of Private Individuals and Tribe Growth and contributing to its execution
  • Strengthening key projects in cooperation with our Data Analysts
  • Providing data-driven insights (ad hoc and cyclical) to stakeholders to track delivery of strategic priorities and OKRs
  • Monitoring the wider competitive environment as well as analysing internal reports and data to attract attention to relevant trends and opportunities
  • Acting as a linking pin with various stakeholders, teams and domains
  • Support in business management activities and strengthen the way of working within Tribe Growth and the PI organisation

What we are looking for:

  • Masters degree (specialization in the financial sector is a plus)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably at a large financial institution and/or consultancy firm
  • Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, ability to “connect the dots” and communicate results;  
  • Ability to cooperate with many different teams & profiles (including senior management), understanding the mindset and position of each of them
  • Experience in projects and/or roles connected to crafting and delivering the strategic direction of large organizations. Experience in delivering data-driven insights, project and stakeholder management is a big plus.
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint (including complex storytelling) and Excel.
    Ability to leverage GenAI tools in the workflow is a plus
  • Good work ethic, independence, accountability, integrity, discretion and ability to deal with sensitive topics
  • Strong communication in English
