The Role
As an intern (HR & Business Administration Support) in the Analytics Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), you will help theCoErun smoothly across multiple hubs by supporting our recurring internal events, ongoing community touchpoints, and people/program processes. You will work in an international, multi-location environment and collaborate closely with chapter leads, area leads, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities such as rotations between tribes and squads, hiring pipeline coordination, and ad-hoc operational topics. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys structured execution, clear communication, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

The team
The Analytics Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE) connects and supports multiple hubs, tribes, and squads by setting standards, enabling collaboration, and driving community initiatives. We organize recurring internal meetings and events (e.g., chapter cadence,CoEupdates, enablement sessions) and run occasional larger programs that require coordination across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recurringCoEinternal events and meetings (planning, agendas,logistics, minutes, follow-ups, and action tracking).
  • Support program management forpeopleinitiatives such as rotations between tribes and squads (intake, matching support, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking).
  • Help manage our hiring pipeline: coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates;maintainan overview of interview stages and next steps; and ensuretimelycommunication.
  • Prepare andmaintaindocumentation and overviews (e.g., calendars, contact lists, trackers, meeting packs, and program status updates) to enable transparency across hubs.
  • Partner with chapter leads and area leads to proactivelyidentifyoperational improvements and support ad-hoc coordination needs.
  • Support clear communication across stakeholders: draft internal announcements,consolidateinputs, and ensure decisions and actions are captured and shared.

How to succeed:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, Communication, ora relatedfield.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple topics in parallel.
  • Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal), comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an international,cross-culturaland distributed team setting (across hubs and time zones).
  • Ability to handle complexity: you can structure ambiguous inputs into an actionable plan and follow through.
  • Experience with basic planning and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft 360 suit/Teams/Sharepoint) is a plus.
  • Interest in working in a tech/data environment and learning how cross-functional teamsoperate.
