Role Overview
As an Customer journey expert within Private Banking, you will drive change and transformation initiatives while ensuring robust risk monitoring and controls. You will collaborate closely with bankers and the SSO to deliver operational excellence and support strategic transformation within Private Banking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate change management and transformation projects within Private Banking.

  • Oversee risk monitoring and control frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.

  • Collaborate with bankers and SSO to streamline processes, improve client experience, and implement best practices.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for change and risk-related matters, facilitating communication across teams.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and technology to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Private Banking, with a strong understanding of client needs and industry practices, at least 10 years

  • Demonstrated expertise in risk monitoring and control within financial services.

  • Proven experience in first line of defence controls

  • Solid track record in leading change and transformation initiatives.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including bankers and shared services.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and implement effective solutions.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to Private Banking

  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Dutch/French) are an asset.
