Mission

The Daily Business Banking Tribe is seeking for a Product Manager to join our NewToBank Squad and enhance E2E Onboarding process on all channels and all technical flows from the initiation until the base products are opened.

Your Day to Day

  • Develop, implement, and manage Daily Business Banking products & services related to the BPM platform dedicated to legal entities.
  • Initiate change based on feedback from internal stakeholders, customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Negotiate scope with business partners to align on objectives around time to the market, effort, and value.
  • Responsible for the analysis, identifies and quantifies opportunities for new features and new ideas.
  • Create specifications for IT team and follow up until the development is done and put in production.
  • Make sure that the testing process is done properly, and customer experience is good.
  • Responsible for the documentation necessary according to internal and external regulations and for the specifications needed to be included in the sales, support and marketing materials.
  • Follow up competition developments and legal requirements and come up with initiatives meant to maintain or improve ING’s competitive advantages.
  • Act as third line of support for customer support & sales department.
  • Take an active role in the QBR planning and execution.
  • Actively participate in AGILE ceremonies of the squad. 

What you bring to the team

  • 3+ years of experience in banking & 1+ years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge on Daily Business Banking products and services with focus on customers.
  • University degree in a related field is preferred.
  • User journey design thinking and customer testing across digital services.
  • Capacity to come up with new innovative ideas on automation and digitization of existing flows.
  • Ability to interpret and/or write business documentation and process specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, innovative, problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines; capacity to work under pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Romanian).
