The Mission
As a Data Analyst, you will support the development of GenAI solutions for automating Customer Due Diligence (KYC) processes. Your work will focus on ensuring high-quality data for training and analysis, validating extracted information from customer documents, and monitoring model performance. You will prepare and check labeled data, manage stakeholder expectations, and help refine prompts to improve the accuracy of the GenAI model. In this role, you will work closely with both data scientists and business teams to align technical solutions with operational needs.

Your day-to-day
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

Data Quality and Analysis

  • Prepare, validate, and maintain labeled datasets for training GenAI models.

  • Check data accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with KYC requirements.

  • Use Python, SQL and Excel to analyze data, monitor quality, and generate reports on model performance.

  • Develop dashboards and visual tools to present data quality and performance metrics to stakeholders.

GenAI and Prompt Work

  • Collaborate with data scientists on prompt design and optimization for data extraction from customer documents.

  • Review and refine model outputs to improve accuracy and reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business teams to understand KYC requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

  • Communicate findings and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning

  • Stay informed about GenAI developments.

  • Be ready to learn new tools and approaches in a fast-evolving environment.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related fields.

  • Strong experience with Python for data analysis (mandatory).

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and familiarity with Power BI.

  • Interest in Generative AI tools and their applications.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI-driven projects, especially in automation or document processing.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Foreign languages: English (advanced); Dutch/French/Spanish/German are a plus

Education: Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Statistics
