Mission

Responsible for the healthy and profitable growth of ING’s Micro & SME segment, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, full regulatory compliance, and strong adoption of digital solutions, while consistently applying the values of the Orange Code.

Your day to day

  • You contribute to Micro & SME segment growth by defining and adjusting the digital strategy based on commercial performance.
  • You collaborate with internal teams to build relevant digital solutions based on customer behavior and usage data.
  • You support pricing decisions using insights from digital performance, conversions, and online customer behavior.
  • You provide strategic input in product launches, ensuring alignment with the customer’s digital journey and commercial objectives.
  • You monitor digital performance (leads, reach, conversions) and use this data to influence strategic decisions.
  • You design and track digital campaigns, focusing on reach, engagement, and measurable commercial impact.
  • You align digital marketing efforts with strategic objectives, using data to refine targeting and messaging.
  • You build digital partnerships that expand reach and support SME growth initiatives.
  • You provide feedback based on digital data to adjust commercial initiatives at head office level.
  • You track relevant metrics and signals when the digital direction needs adjustment to maximize impact.

What you bring to the team

  • Digitally savvy, both professionally and personally, with a strong interest in leveraging technology for business growth.

  • Digital native – technology is your second nature. You’re comfortable with digital tools, dashboards, CRMs, and have a constant curiosity for innovation
  • University degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in Head Office roles focused on business development and strategy.
  • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office; strong command of MS Excel is essential. A data-driven mindset is considered a plus.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with various internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Highly organized, with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Performance-oriented, open to continuous learning and comfortable with challenging the status quo
