The Mission
By designing and testing practical use-cases for business, you help steer ING countries in creating value for our customers by delivering Virtual Assistants in production. You will be part of a global team of specialists, trained in using existing ML and cloud tools (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, DialogFlow, Twilio, …).
Your mission will be in the domain of Virtual Assistants, more specifically aimed towards chatbots, callbots, robo advisors and third party platform assistants.
Your day to day
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:
- You are representing the voice of the customer, have a strong vision on how support INGs Retail Contact Centers reaching their targets using advanced Analytics.
- You support the Product Owner in the responsibility to manage the overall product portfolio for the tribe by integrating this in your daily work and priority setting
- You support offering Conversational Analytics solutions by seamless integration into the value chain of our internal stakeholders and by connecting it with other internal and external capabilities
- You support the development, implementation and communication of the roadmap
- You co-manage and prioritize the backlog at the level of user stories, derived from features
- You define business requirements for the development of products and services in the Customer Dialogue Analytics scope
- You apply your experience in supporting to build and manage the products with an end-to-end mindset, including design, implementation and business operations and services
- You have understanding of client needs, digitization and API’s, bridging IT and business
- You have analytical skills and take decisions based on data and facts
- You work with Risk, Compliance, Model Risk Management and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies
- You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment
What you’ll bring to the team
Experience: Minimal 5 years of working experience in applying analytics in a business environment
Tech stack/ knowledge:
- Mandatory: Agile/Scrum experience, Stakeholder management, Project/Program Management/ Support Management experience
- Nice to have: Experience in product management, Experience/affinity with conversational AI is a plus
Foreign languages: English (advanced)
Education: nice to have Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field
