Human Resources Business Partner- IBSS Manila

Overview:

The ideal candidate is responsible in doing business partnership in the assigned line of business (LOB) and implementing and managing the Human Resources functions under the assigned LOB.

If you are good at:

• HR strategies and implementation

. • Partnering with Business Leaders and other HR Business Partners on people & talent strategy

If you are:

• A Bachelor's degree holder for Human Resources or any related course.

• Someone who has at least 10 years of experience in HR.

• Someone who possesses strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills. If you can:

• Implement change management initiatives.

• Create strategic programs in partnership with the business that will add value to the organization.

If you’d like to work with:

• HR Director and fellow HRBPs under Center of Excellence

• HR Experts and Process Managers from Europ

e • Business Leaders within the organization
