Your Main Tasks:
• Reporting & controls linked to Investment products and positions hold by ING BE client.
• Reports and follow up for US and Swiss persons + LEI/NID.
• Business tracking on manual encoding done within CS Investment (BE and Manilla).
• Follow up of invoices established by counterparties related to Investment product.
• Being in contact with other teams and Network management (ING Lux).
Responsibilities:
• Answering and solving customer and banker questions and
issues
• Maintaining contact with external counterparties (broker/depositaries) and Tribe Investment BE and NL.
*Assumption only English as language requirement to be validated during project
transition.
• Outperform clients, colleagues and external stakeholders expectations continuously: the WOW effect
• Going through customer and operational processes correctly
• Taking into account applicable laws and regulations
• Operational handling of customer request
As a Customer Loyalty Team-Member, you will also need:
• A flexible attitude, you will find it no problem to work on Mid-shift
• You achieve results, even in difficult circumstances
• You work autonomously and feel responsible
• You are proactively looking for new ways to develop yourself
• You are willing to get the necessary (legal) certificates for the job
• You are willing to learn the necessary skills to perform your tasks
