Role summary

You will manage day to day facility operations that include maintenance, vendors, space and safety so our colleagues can focus on work that matters. The role blends hands on problem solving with data informed planning and close collaboration with HR, IT, Security and Procurement to deliver a great employee experience.

What you will do

• Facility operations and maintenance: coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general needs, manage cleaning, hygiene and waste

• Space management: optimize seating and space, coordinate moves and changes

• Health, safety and compliance: ensure fire safety, evacuation readiness and regulatory compliance, conduct safety audits and manage risks with the company doctor and external health and safety consultant

• Office infrastructure and projects: maintain furniture and equipment, plan renovations and improvement projects

• Budgeting and cost control: develop and manage facility budgets, identify cost saving opportunities in energy and vendor management

• Environmental and sustainability: monitor and reduce energy consumption, promote recycling and resource conservation

• Employee support and experience: run a responsive facilities helpdesk, ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment

• Stakeholder and vendor management: partner with HR, IT, Security and Procurement, evaluate vendor performance, track SLAs and enable cross functional project delivery with clear expectation management

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in similar areas

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation and safety protocols

• Strong knowledge of facility management processes and ability to develop new and innovative workflows

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, planning and decision making

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Turkish and English

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills aligned with ING’s Orange Culture values

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong ownership
