Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Client Onboarding & Accounts Process Expert to join our Daily & Clients Team of Core Banking & Clients Tribe Spain.

The responsibility of this team is to analyze, monitor, control and develop the transactional accounts onboarding processes. Focused on the E2E customer journey we ensure the proper work of the process and the best customer experience.

In addition, we play a key role by accompanying retail tribes in all the projects related to these processes by defining functional requirements with a COO vision.

As a key member of the team, you will provide knowledge and expertise in the operations area. This means process monitoring, controlling SLAs, managing external providers, process efficiency, customer service, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Daily Operations Expert you:

Have a deep understanding of the client onboarding process both digital and non-digital flows Implement robust controls and procedures Be responsible for controlling and monitoring external providers’ flows to detect, prevent and avoid inefficiencies. Ensure that we provide our clients with the best experience. Are committed to ongoing learning and improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes, optimize systems, and streamline workflows. Create and maintain reports aligned with business and operational needs. Data is your facilitator for decision making. (Measurement, obtaining operational data, analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency). Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive client experience. You are responsive, proactive, and empathetic in your interactions with customers and colleagues. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Retail business, compliance, risk management, and technology, to coordinate efforts and address challenges collectively.

University Graduate.

Previous knowledge of operations and operative way of working (forseti, herramienta de Calidad and client onboarding flows will be a plus)

Stakeholders’ management proven experience, in particular external providers management.

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a un/a profesional con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo Daily & Clients dentro del Tribu de Core Banking & Clients España, en el rol de Experto/a en Procesos de Onboarding de Clientes y Cuentas.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es analizar, monitorear, controlar y desarrollar los procesos de alta de cuentas transaccionales. Enfocándonos en el recorrido completo del/de la cliente, garantizamos el correcto funcionamiento del proceso y la mejor experiencia posible.

Además, desempeñamos un papel clave acompañando a las tribus de banca minorista en todos los proyectos relacionados con estos procesos, definiendo los requisitos funcionales desde una visión de operaciones (COO).

Como parte fundamental del equipo, aportarás conocimiento y experiencia en el área de operaciones. Esto incluye el monitoreo de procesos, control de SLAs, gestión de proveedores externos, eficiencia operativa, servicio al/a la cliente, colaboración y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades clave:

Como Experto/a en Operaciones Diarias:

• Tienes un conocimiento profundo del proceso de alta de clientes, tanto en flujos digitales como no digitales.
• Implementas controles y procedimientos sólidos.
• Eres responsable de controlar y monitorear los flujos de proveedores externos para detectar, prevenir y evitar ineficiencias.
• Aseguras que se brinde al/a la cliente la mejor experiencia posible.

• Creas y mantienes informes alineados con las necesidades del negocio y operativas.   • Management and support in the collaboration service with the Tax Agency.

Este equipo tiene como responsabilidad:

Principales responsabilidades:

• Gestionar embargos ordenados por distintas entidades oficiales.

• Coordinar procesos del servicio de colaboración con la Seguridad Social.

• Apoyar la gestión y el servicio de colaboración con la Agencia Tributaria.

• Asegurar la resolución de incidencias (de clientela y de procesos).

• Definir mejoras necesarias en las aplicaciones y en el flujo de procesos.

• Revisar procedimientos y documentación.

• Brindar soporte a canales asistidos y resolver incidencias relacionadas con los servicios del área.
