The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.

During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.

In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:

• Banking Skills
• Personal Growth
• Professional Development

In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees of come together in to learn, network and develop themselves.

Your key responsibilities:

Co-create, advise and drive the change in the organization via an end-to-end view on the full portfolio.

Work with senior management to establish, prioritize and manage the portfolio of initiatives and provide transparency to enable decision making.

Translate concepts into tangible execution and know how to achieve goals in a large complex organization. A key aspect is to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and to act strategically.

Provide structure to the organization backlog, organize, aggregate and present the information through different dashboards and reports to give clarity and facilitate decision taking at different levels. 

Positively contribute to a culture of collaboration with tribes and other CoEs: challenging the projects to ensure value creation for the client, alignment with ING’s strategy and simplicity by design both on technical and business approach.

Ensure consistency in methodology collaborating with your colleagues across different initiatives, products and tribes, in terms of metrics and definitions.

What are we looking for?

• Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
• Up to 2 years of related experience,
• Master degree.
• Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish.
• Good academic record.
• Strong program management and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to think in strategic terms, linking current events, business strategy and a long-term vision.
• Are creative and a pro-active out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
• Eye for detail and an analytical way of thinking.
• Ability to persuade people and to turn resistance into cooperation.
• Be a team player, stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between people, Tribes, Squads, Chapters.

El Programa Internacional de Talento de ING es un programa de desarrollo de dos años diseñado para que graduados/as internacionales talentosos/as experimenten tantos roles, lugares, habilidades y desafíos como podamos incluir en 2 años intensivos. Tus responsabilidades clave:

Co-crear, asesorar y impulsar el cambio en la organización mediante una visión integral del portafolio completo.

Trabajar con la alta dirección para establecer, priorizar y gestionar el portafolio de iniciativas y proporcionar transparencia para facilitar la toma de decisiones.

Traducir conceptos en ejecución tangible y saber cómo alcanzar objetivos en una organización grande y compleja. Un aspecto clave es construir y mantener relaciones con las partes interesadas y actuar estratégicamente.

Proporcionar estructura al backlog de la organización, organizar, agregar y presentar la información a través de diferentes paneles y reportes para dar claridad y facilitar la toma de decisiones en diferentes niveles.

Contribuir positivamente a una cultura de colaboración con tribus y otros Centros de Excelencia: desafiando los proyectos para asegurar la creación de valor para el cliente, alineación con la estrategia de ING y simplicidad por diseño tanto en el enfoque técnico como en el de negocio.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Graduado de Master

Maximo de 2 años de experiencia.

Conocimiento avanzado o bilingüe de inglés y español.

Buen expediente académico.

Fuertes habilidades de gestión de programas y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para pensar en términos estratégicos, vinculando eventos actuales, estrategia de negocio y una visión a largo plazo.

Ser creativo/a y proactivo/a, con pensamiento fuera de lo común, que le guste trabajar en un equipo multidisciplinario en un entorno ágil.

Ojo para los detalles y una forma de pensar analítica.

Capacidad para persuadir a las personas y convertir la resistencia en cooperación. Ser un/a jugador/a de equipo, estimular la interacción transfronteriza y la alineación entre personas, tribus, escuadrones y capítulos.
