Role Summary

As an Employee Relations Expert III, you will manage a broad range of employee relations matters across the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR stakeholders, and employees, ensuring that workplace concerns are addressed fairly, consistently, and in line with company policies and labor regulations.

You will play a key role in managing employee relations cases, supporting workplace investigations, handling labor relations matters, strengthening policy governance, and helping maintain a culture of integrity and respect.

About the Team

The Employee Relations team partners closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, business leaders, and employees to create a workplace where people can thrive. We manage sensitive matters with professionalism, objectivity, and care while balancing employee experience, business needs, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
• Assess employee complaints, misconduct concerns, policy violations, and workplace disputes.
• Support and coordinate workplace investigations with relevant stakeholders.
• Administer disciplinary processes, including due process documentation and administrative hearings.
• Facilitate grievance handling, mediation, and conflict resolution initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on labor relations matters.
• Represent and support the organization in labor and regulatory proceedings when required.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, labor regulations, and employee relations best practices.
• Identify workplace risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare management reports, case summaries, and employee relations insights.

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Legal Compliance, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing employee relations cases from intake to closure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, procedural due process requirements, and employment regulations.
• Experience handling disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, grievance management, and labor disputes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience participating in SENA conferences, NLRC proceedings, or DOLE hearings.
• Experience within financial services, shared services, BPO, or multinational organizations.
• Exposure to policy governance, compliance, audit, or risk management environments.
