This role forms part of the Legal Services team of ING Hubs Philippines (reporting functionally and hierarchically to the Head of Legal of ING Hubs Philippine, and provides legal support to multiple lending teams globally.

The legal product team you will become part of provide, amongst others, advise on regulatory obligations and data protection, securities laws, lending arrangements, securities lending, and repurchase transactions. Within in this team, you will focus primarily on the review of non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements as well as release and reliance letters to be entered into by ING Bank N.V. and its affiliates.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Review non-disclosure, confidentiality agreements, release and reliance letters;

• Contribute to department know-how; and

• Work in close co-operation with the lending business teams globally, the WB legal team based in the Netherlands and, from time to time, with regional legal teams globally.
