The Remediation (Lookback) Analysts offers subject matter expertise to the complete CDD and TM value chain for multiple ING business lines in multiple locations. The focus of the role is in performing all TM Remediation and CDD Funnel processes when and where needed. The Remediation Analysts will be primarily responsible for files review and alert investigation on a retroactive perspective of activity, known as Lookback. Additionally, when needed, Remediation Analysts are also supporting other Teams outside of Remediation Operations helping them with timely batch closures.
