The Project Manager leads various projects and change experiences in a business global context.

The Project Manager supports multiple projects, employing different approaches and styles while developing deeper understanding in applying change best practices and frameworks.

While the position does not have supervisory responsibility, the person works with many others in the organization to succeed. Employee works independently and yet is able to adapt in working with the various stakeholders.

As a second responsibility, the Project Manager supports the Sourcing Lead in ING Hubs in improving frameworks and methods.

The person understands the mission and vision of the company and how the department contributes to that. He acts in line with ING rules and policies.
